 Job description
 
 
 
 This position is based in Kuwait and will report to the Team Manager. 3-5 years of experience is required in tendering and purchasing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Receive and handle inquiries, contracts, and complete orders for the concerned department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange and maintain the tender cost sheet.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare quotations and arrange tenders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare stock orders and coordinate with the concerned supplier.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on shipments until port arrival and liaise with customs clearance agents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the store to arrange customer deliveries according to the delivery schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with the invoicing team to ensure timely invoice preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports for all submitted and ongoing tenders.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
 
 
 -Professional email skills
 
 
 -Good understanding of using Microsoft office
 
 
 -Good understanding of trade rules and customs regulations
