NICU Nurse Responsibilities:<ul><li>Providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants.</li><li>Caring for the basic needs of infants; for example, feeding and changing diapers.</li><li>Performing medical procedures; for example, inserting intravenous lines, performing tests, and administering medications.</li><li>Assisting the NICU physicians in medical procedures and treatments.</li><li>Using and adjusting specialized medical equipment.</li><li>Formulating nursing plans and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.</li><li>Comforting ill newborns and anxious parents and family members.</li><li>Offering support to parents and family members and educating them on the at-home care of their newborn.</li></ul>NICU Nurse Requirements:<ul><li>A Registered nursing license.</li><li>A bachelor's of science degree in nursing.</li><li>1 year's experience in ICU or NICU.</li><li>A CPR certification.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>The ability to offer emotional support to parents, guardians, and family members.</li><li>Working knowledge of NICU specialized equipment.</li><li>The ability to work in a team.</li><li>The ability to offer comfort to ill newborns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>NICU: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Tamil Nadu Nursing Council Registration Certificate (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
