Key responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic leadership: Work with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives and create policies that foster a healthy work environment.</li><li>Talent management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes; develop and implement strategies for talent and leadership development and succession planning.</li><li>Employee relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, and manage employee relations programs.</li><li>Compensation and benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits plans, and manage payroll and performance review processes.</li><li>Compliance and administration: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations; maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS).</li><li>HR metrics and reporting: Monitor key HR metrics like turnover rates and cost-per-hire, analyze HR data, and prepare reports for management.</li><li>Training and development: Develop and organize learning and professional development programs for employees.</li></ul>Required qualifications and skills<ul><li>Proven experience in a senior HR role or similar position.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HR software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and payroll systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HR processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs135,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
