Job description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investments Manager/Consultant to spearhead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and closing investment opportunities with Private Investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Institutional Investors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and marketing acumen with a proven ability to cultivate investor relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute directly to the company&rsquo;s growth strategy.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across targeted investor markets.</li><li>Identify, approach, and convert new investment opportunities including HNIs, private investors, and institutional partners.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align investment and business development strategies.</li><li>Lead negotiations and successfully close investment deals.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, proposals, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain and actively manage a strong investor pipeline using CRM tools.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking platforms.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.</li><li>Provide regular performance reports, deal updates, and strategic insights to senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2years of proven experience in investments, fundraising, business development, or sales roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of market dynamics, investor behavior, and deal structuring.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of building investor networks and achieving deal closures.</li><li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Fluency in Urdu and English is Must.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
