Job Title: Junior Leasing Administrator [Female] Location: Dubai Type: Full-Time [Mon&ndash;Sat, 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM]Role Summary: An entry-level role supporting leasing and office operations. Suitable for candidates with 1 year of experience in real estate.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle client inquiries [calls, emails, WhatsApp]</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with leasing process, i.e., handling contracts, renewals, Ejari, and handovers.</li></ul><ul><li>Update property listings on portals [Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle]</li></ul><ul><li>Register with Developers and prepare necessary documents like NOCs/Letters when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain leasing documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide general administrative and coordination support for any Ad-hoc task[s].</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience in leasing/real estate as an admin in Dubai.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Dubai communities and RERA rules [Preferred]</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s attested degree from MOFA UAE [Mandatory]</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in MS Office, real estate portals, and Trakheesi.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic real estate social media marketing knowledge about Dubai real estate [Preferred]</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, professional and customer-focused.</li></ul><ul><li>Motivated for multitasking and teamwork.</li></ul><ul><li>English language proficiency [Mandatory]</li></ul><ul><li>Female candidates only.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
