<br><div><p>The primary responsibilities of the Service Delivery Engineer &ndash; Network:</p>
<div><b>
Functional Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load</li></ul>
balancers etc).<br>
<ul><li>Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.</li><li>Participates in execution of networking projects: (Site visits, technical evaluation, installation,</li></ul>
implementation, and NRFU Testing.<br>
<ul><li>Maintain and support Customer/MEEZA&rsquo;s LAN/WAN environment.</li><li>Provide remote support to on-site engineers, Senior Engineers and end users/customers during</li></ul>
installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.<br>
<ul><li>Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintains up to date network documentation includes Rack Layouts and Network Inventory</li></ul>
details.<br>
<ul><li>Responsible to adhere with all information security policies and procedures of MEEZA&rsquo;s network</li></ul>
and security standard architecture.<br>
<ul><li>Willing to work flexible hours and on weekends as per business requirements.</li><li>Collaborator, initiative-taker with the ability to complete tasks in an unsupervised environment.</li><li>Have high inter-personal skills including politeness, and positive general outlook.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience</b></h3>
<p><b>
Academic &amp; Professional Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.</li><li>At least holding one CCNP certification specializations from Cisco Systems.</li><li>Should hold ITILv3 Foundation certification.</li></ul>
Experience:<br>
<ul><li>5-6 years of experience in information technology or a similar field.</li></ul>
Skills and Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Good understanding of Project Planning.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Should have good experience from Enterprise based network and operations.</li><li>Well knowledge/experience on routing and switching (L2/L3).</li><li>Well knowledge/experience on routing protocols (e.g.: OSPF, BGP).</li><li>Well knowledge on Service Provider / MPLS L3VPN networks.</li><li>Well knowledge on Network Security Products (e.g.- Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate Firewalls and</li></ul>
Cisco ISE).<br>
<ul><li>Well knowledge on Enterprise and Service Provider based routers and Switches (e.g., -Cisco ISR,</li></ul>
ASR Routers, Cisco Catalyst/Aruba Switches).<br>
<ul><li>Well knowledge/experience on Data Centre technologies and platforms (e.g.: Cisco Nexus</li></ul>
7K/5K/2K).<br>
<ul><li>Knowledge or experience on the network and server load balancers (e.g., F5 ,A10).</li><li>Basic knowledge on Cisco wireless networks.</li><li>Knowledge on Cisco Unified Communication is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge/experience on any Network Management System (as, Cisco Prime, MRTG/PRTG, HP</li></ul>
OVO) and preparing reports.<br>
<ul><li>Visio design/diagramming skills.</li></ul></div>
