Full-Time Class Instructor / Floor AssistantLocation: Jumeirah Village Triangle, DubaiSalary: AED 7,000 per month⸻Overview:We're looking for an energetic and passionate Class Instructor/Floor Assistant to join a growing fitness team. This is a full-time position combining class instruction with gym floor engagement, ensuring every member receives a high-quality, motivating experience from the moment they walk in.You will play a key role in delivering premium class experiences while supporting members on the gym floor through inductions, technique guidance, and an engaging, supportive presence.⸻Key Responsibilities:Class Instruction (up to 24 classes per week)<ul><li>Deliver high-energy, engaging group classes across multiple disciplines (HIIT, Spin, Circuit Training, Strength, Yoga, etc.) based on the studio's class timetable.</li><li>Ensure all classes are delivered safely, with correct form, flow, and atmosphere.</li><li>Build strong relationships with members to encourage attendance, consistency, and retention.</li><li>Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for fitness.</li></ul>Gym Floor Duties (up to 24 hours per week)<ul><li>Conduct member inductions, orientations, and check-ins, ensuring new members feel confident and supported.</li><li>Provide exercise advice, spotting, and technique assistance.</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment organisation, and safety.</li><li>Be a visible and approachable presence, creating a welcoming environment for all members.</li><li>Support promotional events, community activities, and member challenges as required.</li></ul>⸻Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Level 3 Personal Training or Group Exercise Certification (REPs UAE or equivalent).</li><li>Proven experience teaching group fitness classes and working in a gym environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, energy, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic class schedule.</li><li>Passionate about fitness, health, and creating a positive member experience.</li></ul>⸻Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time position combining class instruction and gym floor hours.</li><li>Up to 48 total working hours per week (24 teaching + 24 floor hours).</li><li>Flexibility required for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.</li></ul>⸻Why Join This Team:<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing premium community fitness club.</li><li>Work alongside a passionate, supportive team in a world-class facility.</li><li>Access to staff development and training opportunities.</li><li>Complimentary gym membership and discounts on PT, classes, and caf&eacute; products.</li></ul>~~Best Wishes~~Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>GX Trainer : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Group Exercise (Required)</li><li>UAE REPS (Required)</li><li>Level 3 PT (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
