In this role, you will be the driving force behind two critical areas of our growth: maximizing our website&rsquo;s visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and building a vibrant, engaging brand presence across our social media platforms.Whether you are a talented fresher who has mastered the latest SEO/social trends through coursework and personal projects, or an experienced marketer looking to make a massive impact, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities1. Website SEO &amp; Performance<ul><li>On-Page Optimization: Optimize website copy, landing pages, meta tags, and headings to increase organic rankings.</li><li>Technical SEO: Monitor website health, fix broken links, improve site speed recommendations, and ensure mobile-friendliness.</li><li>Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords to drive targeted organic traffic to our web properties.</li><li>Analytics: Track, report, and analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to refine our search strategy.</li></ul>2. Social Media Management &amp; Content Posting<ul><li>Content Scheduling &amp; Posting: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all core social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).</li><li>Engagement: Monitor social channels, engage with our community, and respond to comments and messages timely.</li><li>Trend Jacking: Stay on top of viral trends, audio, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure visuals match platform specifications (e.g., proper dimensions, crisp layouts).</li></ul>Performance Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>SEO Fundamentals: Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, link building, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.</li><li>Social Media Savvy: Native familiarity with algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies for modern social networks.</li><li>Tools: Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress) and graphic/video tools (like Canva) is a major plus.</li><li>Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to write captions and basic web copy.</li><li>Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Dubai office.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>A collaborative, fast-paced agency environment where your ideas turn into reality.</li><li>Strong career growth and mentorship opportunities.</li></ul>Pay: From AED30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
