We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR administration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)<ul><li>Understand manpower requirements from different departments.</li><li>Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Induction<ul><li>Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.</li><li>Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement &amp; HR Support<ul><li>Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain HR records (attendance, leave, employee database).</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
