We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLCs and a background in metal industries, preferably in copper and copper alloys manufacturing. This role requires expertise in managing a 66kVA substation, knowledge of rooftop solar power, and a strong understanding of automation and power consumption optimization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee electrical maintenance activities for the manufacturing plant.</li><li>Ensure the efficient operation of SIEMENS PLC systems and related automation equipment.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot 66kVA substation equipment.</li><li>Implement and maintain rooftop solar power systems.</li><li>Optimize power consumption and implement the latest upgrades to reduce energy usage.</li><li>Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations.</li><li>Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.</li><li>Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLCs in a manufacturing setting.</li><li>Experience in the metal industry, preferably with copper and copper alloys.</li><li>Proven experience in managing 66kVA substation equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of rooftop solar power systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of automation and power consumption optimization.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,116.16 - ₹65,723.61 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
