<div>Position Summary:
The Mergers and Acquisitions Associate plays a critical role in supporting the organization&rsquo;s strategic growth across North America through the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. This position collaborates with cross functional teams&mdash;including Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR and Senior Leadership&mdash;to assess feasibility and ensure successful deal execution.
The Associate is responsible for coordinating and managing due diligence processes, preparing presentations and transaction documentation, and maintaining compliance and confidentiality. The role contributes to post-merge integration activities to ensure seamless transition and value realization.
Success in this role requires effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive and confidential information. The Associate works closely with executive leadership throughout the full transaction lifecycle and plays a key role in advancing the company&rsquo;s long-term growth strategy. This role has the ability to work remotely; however, travel requirements range from 25-50% of your time based on project needs, including hours outside normal operations to tour or meet with clients on property.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate, manage, and participate in due diligence processes, including collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external advisors</li><li>
Maintain, update, and organize deal documentation while ensuring compliance with requirements and internal standards</li><li>
Collaborate with internal company departments to evaluate feasibility and ensure smooth progression of transactions</li><li>
Assist in post‑merger integration planning and execution to support a seamless transition and value capture</li><li>
Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and M&amp;A best practices to inform strategic decisions</li><li>
Prepare reports, presentations, and acquisition documentation for executive leadership and external partners</li><li>
Support all aspects of the transaction lifecycle&mdash;including opportunity, due diligence, negotiation support, integration planning and development of documents required for acquisition</li><li>
Coordinate internal and external communications throughout the deal process, ensuring alignment among stakeholders</li><li>
Demonstrates sound judgment under time pressure; communicates concepts succinctly to executives</li><li>
Builds trust and alignment with cross functional leaders to resolve diligence findings quickly</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA is considered a plus</li><li>
Proven experience in mergers &amp; acquisitions, or a closely related field is desired</li><li>
Prior experience (2&ndash;4 years) as an M&amp;A analyst</li><li>
Excellent project management skills</li><li>
Able to synthesize analytical findings into clear, meaningful insights and communicate them confidently to senior leaders and external associates</li><li>
Deliver precise written and verbal communication both internally within MEI leadership as well as when working with acquisition parties, knowing when to listen and when to contribute</li><li>
Maintaining strict confidentiality is essential, requiring the Associate to exercise complete discretion with all sensitive materials they encounter</li><li>
Demonstrated emotional intelligence, including the ability to navigate high‑stakes situations with composure and professionalism.</li><li>
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately</li><li>
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Planner and PBI reports</li><li>
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with careful attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude</li></ul>
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
The M&amp;A Associate role will perform work at home and onsite in a office environment. Will frequently use a computer, keyboard / mouse, cellular or office telephone, and regular business office equipment. Extended periods of sitting for long durations. Occasional walking over uneven terrain, accessing outdoor areas or performing work in non-temperature-controlled environments may be necessary. Infrequent lifting and/or moving objects of up to 10 lbs. Travel may be required up to 25%-50% of the time.

Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

<div>Position Summary:
Using lumber, wood, plywood, or other customer or job-specific material specifications, create, construct, erect, install, or repair suitable industrial crates for shipping or storage use. The Crater will use hand and/or powered hand tools or carpentry tools to accomplish crating requirements. 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Measure and mark cutting lines on materials to be used for crating or warehousing purposes. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements and requirements.</li><li>Assemble and fasten materials to construct crate framework.</li><li>Erect scaffolding or ladders for structure assembly as needed or necessary.</li><li>Remove, replace, or repair damaged, defective, or insufficient existing crates and moving/storage containers.</li><li>Anchor or brace forms and structured materials using hand or powered hand tools.</li><li>Apply shock-absorbing, stabilizing, or supporting wood or other materials necessary for the safe and thorough construction of crates and containers.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Able to use necessary hand and power tools safely and correctly.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or other dimensional drawings.</li><li>Perform mathematical calculations as necessary &ndash; this may include multiplication, division, fractions, percents, or geometry.</li><li>Be detail oriented, able to take direction, and closely follow instruction.</li><li>Visualize or predict the outcome of the job by using deductive and inductive reasoning.</li><li>Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment including hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Must be able to read or use a tape measure, levels, calipers &amp; gauges, and other tools or equipment as necessary.</li><li>Willing to learn, know, and follow safety requirements, including the correct use of machine guarding, and Personal Protective Equipment</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This is very physical, hands-on work. A Crater must be able to perform General Physical Activities &mdash; activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of hands and fingers with good hand/eye coordination. Occasional work in a non-temperature-controlled environment and/or outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or terrain.

<div>Position Summary:
The Dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and assignment of rigging crews to jobs based on customer requirements and per Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Also responsible for ensuring rental and MEI owned equipment, and tools are assigned to crew per job requirements and scheduled for maintenance.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Plan, coordinate and schedule work crews and equipment to each job including travel, load time and non-job related projects and tasks.</li><li>
Manage paperwork related to daily export packing crew responsibilities.</li><li>
Assign and dispatch work crews every morning to job sites and yard projects based on customer and MEI requirements ensuring employees are assigned to job/projects in accordance with their skill set.</li><li>
Dispatch/assign equipment (MEI and rentals) and tools to crew per job requirements including scheduling of equipment repairs. Completion of all paperwork related to equipment maintenance, issues and repairs including the ordering of permits.</li><li>
Prepare, organize and distribute all required paperwork to appropriate groups (crew, accounting, operations management) related to the job, change orders, assignment of crew and equipment, safety, JHA&rsquo;s (job hazard analysis) and equipment repairs &amp; inspections.</li><li>
Perform data entry into software applications (WrightPlan) for labor and equipment.</li><li>
Review, edit and adjust labor hours in electronic timekeeping system (ADP), preparing final review and approval by manager.</li><li>
Update dispatch job board daily by adding and cancelling pending and confirmed jobs.</li><li>
Coordinate, track and schedule drop off and pick up of all equipment and rentals related to jobs, including equipment from other MRC locations.</li><li>
Provide direct supervision of driving and rigging crews to insure performance, safety and MEI standards are being met.</li><li>
Communicate daily with job foreman and drivers for efficiency of scheduling and dispatch.</li><li>
Provide new hire orientation to include safety, job and timekeeping &amp; attendance requirements and expectations.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>
High school diploma.</li><li>
Minimum two (2) years proven dispatching experience or comparable field preferably within the rigging or transportation industry.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.</li><li>
Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>
Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of DOT regulations.</li><li>
Knowledge of customs requirements as it relates to export or import shipments.</li><li>
Valid and current driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
