<div>Position Summary:
Provides support services to users of the organization&rsquo;s computer systems and network, desktop/laptop and/or server hardware, configuration, and troubleshooting. Act as a first level problem identification and resolution resource, including answering questions, providing advice, investigating, troubleshooting, and following-up to assist users in solving data processing problems. 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users of personal computers (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smart Phones) software and hardware.</li><li>
Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Smart Phone hardware, software and peripherals.</li><li>
Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems.</li><li>
Hardware provisioning, imaging, troubleshooting, and software installation for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (IOS/Android).</li><li>
Coordinate user problem resolution with outsourced IT consultants as necessary and track and report recurring problems.</li><li>
Supports and assists employees in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer software and hardware systems.</li><li>
TCP/IP networking support and troubleshooting of end user and remote user environment with LAN and WAN.</li><li>
Troubleshooting a variety of client, mobile and cloud applications office software (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft D365, SharePoint, etc.).</li><li>
May suggest modifications and corrections to existing software applications.</li><li>
May provide training in use of new hardware or software.</li><li>
Develop and maintain catalog of hardware and software equipment and licensing.</li><li>
Perform all other tasks as assigned or requested.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>
Associates degree or equivalent in information technology.</li><li>
Minimum three (3) years proven experience as Help Desk Support or comparable field in an environment which supported multiple locations, across multiple time zones, remotely or on site.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.</li><li>
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.</li><li>
Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation of systems and procedures.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This is a remote-based position that may work from a regional office as business necessitates. The Help Desk Support may work varying hours across several time zones. Will primarily use a computer, keyboard and mouse, and other hardware and software necessary for the successful completion of tasks. May work for long durations in a seated position. Frequently use internet, telephone, Teams, email, or other software for communicating and collaborating with one or multiple people or projects simultaneously.

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Sourcing Recruiter will provide specialized sourcing expertise for high-quality prospects against passive, niche, or hard-to-find candidate profiles or specific requisitions using sophisticated recruiting techniques such as social media, online job platforms, direct sourcing, competitive research, networking at professional events, and utilizing other recruiting and sourcing techniques. The Sourcing Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders / customers, HR business partners, and other recruiters throughout the company to deliver candidate lead generation.
 
 
 This position is a remote position, strong preference for candidates who reside in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington D.C. and have skilled trades sourcing experience. This position may require occasional travel to support recruitment events or training.

 Will screen, arrange for, and prepare candidates for interviews, and offer pre-close information and communication.

 Develop and leverage market intelligence to target active and passive candidates for current and future needs through wide range of internet and job board sourcing, resume mining, targeting special interest groups, competitive intelligence, key industries, and companies.

 Uncover talent utilizing web sourcing, Boolean search, database scrubbing, professional and social media networking, referrals, relationship building/management, event lists, social media campaigns, sourcing tools, predictive sourcing tactics and industry research which lead to development of highly skilled talent communities.

 Works to continually improve and innovate our attraction methods and candidate experience through creativity and best practices in sourcing using CRM, ATS, social communities of practice, and extensive sourcing tools available to our sourcing team members.

 Identify and target qualified candidates for fit against the defined competencies and markets for the roles/projects assigned, producing a robust and talented candidate pipeline. Ensures job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

 Collaborate with TA leadership and the marketing department to define content goals for recruitment needs to include special events, campaigns, and recruitment content.
 </li>

 Coordinate, support, attend, and/or assist with internal and external (national and regional) recruitment events to include job fairs, school tours, information sessions, etc.

 Serve as subject matter expert within the sourcing function, dives deep into our recruiting data to understand trends and opportunities and the pulse of the industry.

 This position is a full-time (40 hours / week) remote or hybrid position and most work will be performed in a home office setting. Sourcing Recruiter (Remote) - North East Region

<div>Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital role in the financial operations of the organization by ensuring the accurate processing of receivables, effective collection of outstanding balances, and consistent communication with regional offices across the country. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced, nationwide environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Accurately post daily cash receipts from multiple sources and ensure correct application to customer accounts.</li><li>
Serve as liaison to regional accounting departments nationwide to address account inquiries, share documentation, and ensure consistency.</li><li>
Research unapplied payments, billing disputes, account irregularities, customer setup, and take corrective action.</li><li>
Assist with preparation, documentation, and support for internal and external audits.</li><li>
Monitor aging reports, contact customers via phone and email regarding open balances, negotiate arrangements, and document collection activities.</li><li>
Collaborate with regional offices through regular meetings to coordinate collection strategies.</li><li>
Escalate severely delinquent accounts to management or third-party collections as needed.</li><li>
Assist with month end closing responsibilities and comply with deadlines.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>

Advanced Excel and data entry skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy necessary. D365 business application a plus.</li><li>
Minimum two (2) years&rsquo; recent successful office accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, bookkeeping) experience is preferred.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in accounting, business, finance, or similar highly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with customer management, cash receipts, collections, and reconciliations.</li><li>
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).</li><li>
 Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, and all levels of staff.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; is detail oriented, manages time efficiently and has the ability to multi-task successfully.</li><li>

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an in-office position that may offer a hybrid option. Most work will be performed in a normal, temperature-controlled office environment or a home office setting with access to high-speed internet. Work includes frequent work at a computer terminal with extended periods of sitting, occasional walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Frequent use of keyboard / mouse, cellular and/or land-line telephones, and standard office equipment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist may need to occasionally perform work in a non temperature controlled or warehouse environment.
