<div>Position Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse activities. This includes managing inventory, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of all warehouse functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate restocking as needed.</li><li>Order Processing: Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, including picking, packing, and shipping items to customers or other departments.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain and update all warehouse records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, and delivery notes.</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Assist with the organization of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are properly received, stored, and dispatched.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure the quality of goods received and dispatched, reporting any discrepancies or damage.</li><li>Warehouse Organization: Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and that the workspace is safe and well-maintained.</li><li>Communication: Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, vendors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.</li><li>Team Support: Provide support to warehouse staff by managing schedules, assisting with problem-solving, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficient in using shipping software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.</li></ul>

Logistics Administrator

<div>Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will assist in preparing orders for warehouse storage and organizing the warehouse by company or customer specifications forreceived orders. Will move, stock, scan, secure, and record inventory as needed. Will use hand and power tools, and powered equipment related to the storage or movement of items. Warehouse Associates at some locations will additionally perform custodial and/or detailing tasks. 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fuel diesel trucks arriving to the warehouse; keep appropriate logs for fuel dispensing.</li><li>Move or re-position trucks as needed upon return to the warehouse.</li><li>Wash/clean, shine, and/or detail tractors, trailers, forklifts, and company vehicles.</li><li>Secure the facility and log incoming and outgoing movement of personnel.</li><li>Assist in the construction and assembly of crates and custom storage containers using pneumatic hand tools.</li><li>Adhere to safety practices with respect to self and others.</li><li>Housekeeping and custodial duties for the warehouse include but is not limited to: sweeping, empty garbage cans, cleaning bathrooms and break room areas.</li><li>Move machinery/equipment with various-sized forklifts, pallet jacks or other powered equipment as necessary for optimizing safety and organization.</li><li>Verify incoming equipment or items for storage. Offload incoming equipment, inspect for damage, complete all related paperwork or logs.</li><li>Retrieve stored machinery &amp; equipment for loading contract trailers or onto company vehicles.</li><li>Tie down, strap and secure loads on company trailers.</li><li>Perform inventory and inventory control functions.</li><li>Maintain equipment/tool inventory in designated areas.</li><li>Assist riggers and field personnel as needed with respect to equipment, tools and other needs.</li><li>Complete all other duties as assigned or requested.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record. CDL helpful but not required.</li><li>HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Good use of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words; must be able to keep legible records and logs, in English.</li><li>Basic reading and mathematical calculations, including the use of multiplication, division, fractions, or decimals.</li><li>Ability to safely use hand, power, and pneumatic tools, and read tape measure.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and be self-motivated.</li><li>Knowledgeable in equipment operation, including manual transmissions, or pneumatic or hydraulic tools and equipment.</li><li>Have a pleasant and customer-oriented demeanor and ability to build positive work relationships.</li><li>Overtime/weekend work is sometimes required of this position.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This is very physical, hands-on work. A Warehouse Associate must be able to perform General Physical Activities &mdash; activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work off the ground at varying heights and not be affected by moving machinery or parts. Work may vary between indoor, climate-controlled, or normal warehouse environment and non-temperature-controlled environment and/or outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or terrain.

Warehouse Associate

<div>Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital role in the financial operations of the organization by ensuring the accurate processing of receivables, effective collection of outstanding balances, and consistent communication with regional offices across the country. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced, nationwide environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Accurately post daily cash receipts from multiple sources and ensure correct application to customer accounts.</li><li>
Serve as liaison to regional accounting departments nationwide to address account inquiries, share documentation, and ensure consistency.</li><li>
Research unapplied payments, billing disputes, account irregularities, customer setup, and take corrective action.</li><li>
Assist with preparation, documentation, and support for internal and external audits.</li><li>
Monitor aging reports, contact customers via phone and email regarding open balances, negotiate arrangements, and document collection activities.</li><li>
Collaborate with regional offices through regular meetings to coordinate collection strategies.</li><li>
Escalate severely delinquent accounts to management or third-party collections as needed.</li><li>
Assist with month end closing responsibilities and comply with deadlines.</li><li>
Assist with the onboarding of new acquisitions by supporting the integration of accounts receivable processes, systems, and documentation.</li><li>
Follow financial policies and internal controls while identifying opportunities for process efficiency.</li><li>
Assist with team training.</li><li>
 Provide general administrative support, including regular pickup and delivery of mail, answering and directing incoming calls, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting with various reception and front desk responsibilities.</li><li>
Perform regular and predictable work during scheduled and/or agreed upon times.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>
Strong proficiency with computer systems, including a minimum two (2) years&rsquo; recent experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel and data entry skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy necessary. D365 business application a plus.</li><li>
Minimum two (2) years&rsquo; recent successful office accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, bookkeeping) experience is preferred.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in accounting, business, finance, or similar highly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with customer management, cash receipts, collections, and reconciliations.</li><li>
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).</li><li>
 Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, and all levels of staff.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; is detail oriented, manages time efficiently and has the ability to multi-task successfully.</li><li>

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an in-office position that may offer a hybrid option. Most work will be performed in a normal, temperature-controlled office environment or a home office setting with access to high-speed internet. Work includes frequent work at a computer terminal with extended periods of sitting, occasional walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Frequent use of keyboard / mouse, cellular and/or land-line telephones, and standard office equipment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist may need to occasionally perform work in a non temperature controlled or warehouse environment.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

<div>Position Summary:
The Senior Accounting Administrator will primarily provide support and ensure the coordination of accounting administration and operational functions are in compliance with applicable regulations. This includes analyzing information between the job tracking system and the corporate accounting system for accuracy. This position may provide specific support including monthly performance reports, financial analysis, or expense variance review. The Senior Accounting Administrator will work collaboratively with the Regional Accounting Supervisor, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables departments; and may also perform tasks in support of corporate accounting (invoicing, financial audit, and various administrative tasks). 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Demonstrate top-tier communication within accounting and interdepartmentally with leadership, sales, project management, and operations.</li><li>
Coordinate and assist with preparing data for large customer reporting as needed.</li><li>
Assist sales, project management, and operations with project profitability data.</li><li>
Organize and/or prepare third party invoices for specialized customer invoicing.</li><li>
Lead spreadsheet tracking and organization of specialized billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Reconcile accounting system invoices with customer invoicing platforms.</li><li>
Lead the Accounts Receivable team with customer invoicing, training, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Prepare, oversee, and submit AR revenue accrual reports for month end.</li><li>
Reconcile monthly customer retention reports for project closeout.</li><li>
Review billing packets and assist with approving D365 invoices.</li><li>
Lead the Accounts Payable team with processing vendor invoices, credit card expense reports, companywide fuel cards, training, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Prepare, oversee, and submit AP expense accrual reports for month end.</li><li>
Review intracompany billings with Operations and Project Managers for accuracy.</li><li>
Lead the PO close out process for each month end.</li><li>
Pull and analyze project billing and utilization reports to support accounting daily and month end responsibilities.</li><li>
Process Per Diem Requests as needed.</li><li>
Provide OCIP support for enrollment and reporting.</li><li>
Assist with other accounting functions as directed by Accounting Supervisor.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in accounting, business, finance, or similar highly preferred.</li><li>
Minimum four (4) years&rsquo; experience of recent, successful office accounting (AR, AP, bookkeeping is preferred.</li><li>
Minimum four (4) years&rsquo; recent experience with accounting software preferred but not required.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Advanced Excel and data entry skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy necessary.</li><li>
Understanding of insurance as it relates to vendors, 1099 compliance, and independent contractor requirements.</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, and all levels of staff.</li><li>
