Position Title: Workforce Data Analysis SpecialistLocation: QatarJob Type: ContractKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain workforce analytics to support management and organizational strategy.</li><li>Analyze and interpret a wide range of HR data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.</li><li>Understand business requirements to evaluate feasibility within CLIENT HR functions.</li><li>Collect and compile HR metrics from multiple sources to support reporting and workforce planning.</li><li>Develop workforce analytics solutions and reporting frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Knowledge Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically in data analytics or similar responsibilities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices and current HR trends.</li><li>Proven experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.</li><li>High proficiency in MS Office and advanced data analytical tools/applications.</li><li>Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Total Reward: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Compensation and Benefit: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Data Analysis: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Power BI: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
