We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team and help us continue our tradition of excellence and client-focused advocacy.</div>
<div></div><div><b>About the Role:</b></div>
<div>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of personal injury experience, with a proven track record handling cases from pre-litigation through trial. You must be comfortable managing a full caseload, communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Trial litigation experience is a must.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Independently handle a full personal injury caseload from intake through resolution</li>
<li>Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements</li>
<li>Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with legal assistants, case managers and paralegals</li>
<li>Maintain regular and professional communication with clients</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law</li>
<li>Strong trial litigation background</li>
<li>Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Must be able to work full-time, in-office at our Aventura location</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish desired</li>
