This includes building and maintaining relationships with other law firms, tracking all referral agreements, managing referral fee compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate communication and payments regarding referred cases. The role also involves identifying new referral sources, optimizing referral conversion processes, and working closely with the intake and referral teams to ensure seamless handling of referred matters.Why We Are Hiring for This Role As the firm continues to expand its nationwide practice, the volume and complexity of referral relationships have increased significantly.
