<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery timelines.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and vendor evaluation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings.</li><li>Coordinate with production and engineering teams to understand material requirements.</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.</li><li>Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.</li><li>Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.</li><li>Assist in resolving procurement-related issues such as delayed deliveries or quality concerns.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
