Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled 2D Assistant Architect to support our architectural team in creating accurate 2D drawings, plans, and layouts. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural drafting, proficiency in 2D CAD software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior architects to transform design concepts into precise architectural drawings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the development and drafting of 2D architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.</li><li>Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and other relevant architectural drawings as required for the project.</li><li>Collaborate with architects and designers to convert initial design ideas into technical drawings.</li><li>Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes or client feedback.</li><li>Ensure that all drawings meet company standards and comply with project specifications.</li><li>Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of architectural drawings.</li><li>Contribute to the creation of presentation materials and documentation for clients.</li><li>Coordinate with various teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems into architectural drawings.</li><li>Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in 2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools).</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.</li><li>Excellent drafting skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.</li><li>Ability to interpret architectural drawings and comprehend construction documents.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Time management skills to handle deadlines across multiple projects.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Education: B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Architecture: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
