The ideal candidate will be passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Our practice has a strong focus on endodontic treatments, and I am pleased to provide mentorship in this area to support your professional growth.<ul><li>Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive services.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.</li><li>Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.</li><li>Active MA dental license in good standing.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.</li><li>I am happy to provide training on the equipment that I have, in one of my offices there is iTero Lumina scanner and Glidewell Mill, the other office I have iTero Lumina, Prime scan and Cerec Mill.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation structure, 32-35% collections with incentives.</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401k</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $750.00 - $800.00 per dayAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Chicopee, MA 01020 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chicopee, MA 01020: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
