It includes but is not limited to the below:&middot; Overseeing the full process of order transaction from the stage of order confirmation till order delivery and making sure customer experience is as smooth as possible.&middot; Making sure that order cards are printed and sorted based on the required time slots and areas.&middot; Liaising with the different brands, florists, and riders to make sure the order is complete and ready for delivery on time.&middot; Relating to the above, it requires that the ops agent make sure to order all brand products ahead of time enabling the preparation of the order.&middot; Making sure all order details are in place which includes addresses, card messages, products, etc...&middot; Following up and working to solve tickets received from customer service relating to issues faced by customers such as late orders, missing items, etc.&middot; Call customers when required to answer specific requests or solve issues.&middot; Answer calls, WhatsApp, and live chat messages when required.&middot; Work with florists to make sure the products are arranged in a timely manner.&middot; Work with drivers to make sure orders are delivered on time.&middot; Share continuous on-ground feedback and knowledge with line managers to improve and bring efficiency to operations.&middot; Work with inventory teams when required to make sure all items are in stock and accounted for.&middot; Work with procurement teams when required to help co-ordinate with suppliers.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your nationality?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li><li>How soon can you join?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics Coordinator: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

It includes but is not limited to the below:&middot; Counts, sorts, and checks in incoming articles; verifies against requisitions, shipping notices or invoices; places articles on sales floor shelves or in storeroom.&middot; Replenishes merchandise on shelves from storeroom stock; rotates merchandise and keeps it orderly and neat in appearance.&middot; Checks inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies or materials within established limits; notifies designated staff of fast-moving items.&middot; Contact vendors to obtain information regarding shipping status of orders or special orders placed by department.&middot; Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers, or labels on shelves to identify stock.&middot; Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials, and sealing tape.&middot; Records or documents changes in inventory, mark-ups, or markdowns of merchandise according to established procedures.&middot; Gathers requisitioned supplies, merchandise or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.Assists in locating needed merchandise, materials, or supplies.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your nationality?</li><li>Are you willing to be assigned in Dubai Investment Park 2?</li><li>How soon can you join?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Inventory Helper: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
