 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Senior Site Architect
 
 to join a major development in Muscat. The successful candidate will oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and thematic requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in theme parks, water parks, or large entertainment projects.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and approve
 
 architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise on-site works to ensure alignment with
 
 design intent, specifications, and building codes
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with
 
 contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
 
 on architectural issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review
 
 material samples, mock-ups, finishes, and fa&ccedil;ade treatments
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective coordination with
 
 MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect works at critical stages and issue
 
 NCRs
 
 when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve design and site conflicts through
 
 RFIs
 
 , field modifications, and technical guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor detailing and quality of
 
 themed structures, facades, and architectural features
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess proposed design changes for technical, aesthetic, and functional impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in final inspections,
 
 snagging
 
 , and handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Architecture
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 10+ years of experience
 
 , including
 
 3+ years
 
 working on theme parks, water parks, or major entertainment projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 international building codes
 
 , architectural detailing, and themed design requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
