Overview Mensch Supply, a fast-paced building materials and hardware company, is seeking an experienced Hardware Buyer to join our team. This is a key role responsible for organizing and establishing a consistent procurement program to support our growing operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and procure millions in hardware inventory</li><li>Organize and analyze purchasing needs to ensure efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Develop and maintain vendor relationships</li><li>Implement and oversee a structured procurement program</li><li>Utilize ECI Spruce Computer Systems (knowledge of this system is a plus)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a hardware buyer or in a similar procurement role</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage large-scale inventory purchasing</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Familiarity with ECI Spruce Computer Systems preferred</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Full-time, in-store role (Monday&ndash;Friday)</li><li>Competitive compensation package starting at $75,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Immediate start available</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
