We create thoughtfully designed pieces that help women feel seen, heard, and amazing in their bodies&mdash;without pressure, comparison, or unrealistic standards. Our website is a critical extension of that mission, and we&rsquo;re looking for an E-commerce Website Manager to own and elevate the Mentionables digital experience.Role Overview:The E-commerce Website Manager will own the day-to-day management, optimization, and evolution of the Mentionables website on Shopify Plus. This role blends strategy, execution, design sensibility, and technical know-how. You&rsquo;ll ensure the site feels intuitive, on-brand, high-performing, and reflective of our community-first values&mdash;while driving conversion, retention, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Website management &amp; optimization<ul><li>Own daily operations of the Mentionables Shopify site, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and performance.</li><li>Build, manage, and optimize on-site widgets and experiences using Rebuy (recommendations, bundles, upsells)</li><li>Implement conversion rate optimization initiatives through testing, iteration, and performance analysis.</li><li>Implement front-end updates using basic HTML and CSS, partnering with devs for larger scale projects when needed</li></ul>Design, UX &amp; Brand Execution<ul><li>Maintain a strong visual standard across the site&mdash;homepage, PDPs, landing pages, banners, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all web updates reflect the Mentionables brand aesthetic and speak authentically to our customer.</li><li>Use tools like Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create or update simple web graphics, banners, and assets as needed.</li><li>Identify UX opportunities that improve ease, clarity, and confidence for shoppers.</li></ul>Content &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>Manage product launches, collections, and on-site merchandising in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams.</li><li>Ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices.</li><li>Support promotions, drops, and seasonal moments through thoughtful site storytelling.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Performance<ul><li>Monitor key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, site speed, and customer behavior.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps to inform decisions.</li><li>Share insights and recommendations with leadership on a regular cadence.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams.</li><li>Coordinate with agencies as needed.</li><li>Act as the internal owner and advocate for the website experience.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>2+ years of experience managing an e-commerce website, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end functionality</li><li>Experience building and optimizing widgets with Rebuy</li><li>Strong eye for design and visual storytelling; understands how brand and UX impact conversion.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Graphic design experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-growing DTC brand.</li><li>Familiarity with CRO testing tools and UX best practices.</li></ul>Why you'll love working at Mentionables:<ul><li>Mission-driven, community-first brand</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Opportunity to shape a core brand touchpoint</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Flexible PTO</li><li>Hybrid work schedule</li><li>Employee discounts and product perks</li></ul>How to Apply:If this role sounds like a perfect fit and you're excited about growing a brand that empowers women through connection&mdash;not comparison&mdash;we'd love to hear from you.Please submit your resume, and a short email introduction that includes your answer to the following question to emily@shopmentionables.com:Mentionables is a model-free lingerie brand built on comfort, confidence, and community.
