MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Being the responsible Mechanical Engineer and report to the PM</li><li>Should be sound in HVAC-VRF systems and plumbing</li><li>Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, quality and the like.</li><li>Continually review the construction schedule during the progress of site works.</li><li>Review shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project manager with appropriate comments / approval.</li><li>Review mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination and advise project manager accordingly</li><li>Review Contractor&rsquo;s mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Project Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.</li><li>Review proposed sub contractor(s) associated with works from a technical standpoint.</li><li>Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the mechanical services works for Contractor&rsquo;s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant&rsquo;s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule and health &amp; safety.</li><li>Be available to undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager.</li><li>Undertake prior review of proposed mechanical system testing &amp; commissioning methods and schedule</li><li>Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and other testing that may be required during the first fix works and advise the Project Manager accordingly.</li><li>On a spot basis witness mechanical system final testing and commissioning.</li><li>Review and comment on testing and commissioning results and advise Project Manager accordingly</li><li>Prepare on-going list of mechanical services defects for remedial action.</li><li>Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor&rsquo;s action.</li><li>Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings as directed by the project manager.</li><li>Prepare draft site / engineer&rsquo;s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager.</li><li>Provide advice to the Project Manager in regard to any mechanical services related variation costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the course of the works.</li></ul>Qualification: BS in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 7 YearsShift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AMJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site BMS Engineer to join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.Job Description<ul><li>Produce drawings, sequences of operation, and bills of material of building Management system</li><li>Develop BMS software databases (programming and graphics) in accordance with engineering documents and project specifications.</li><li>Design, integrate and support network migration for Internet / Ethernet / BACnet / Modbus platforms.</li><li>Commission the projects based on requirement by client</li><li>Visit the field as necessary to adjust design sequences to operate correctly with the actual system(s)</li><li>Conduct self-study to improve knowledge of required job skills and stay abreast of industry trends.</li><li>Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company team of managers, engineers and technicians, the client and consulting engineers.</li><li>Value engineering recommendations where appropriate.</li><li>Working with consulting engineering community to foster personal and company growth and maintain design discussions throughout the build process.</li><li>Remain current on the latest products, technologies and applications available</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electronics</li><li>Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in BMS design, commissioning and Implementation</li><li>Proficiency in BMS software and tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
