 We are working with several Architects and MEP Consulting Firms in the greater Denver area seeking Mechanical Designers, Engineers and Project Managers.
 
 
 
 
 
 We have openings for candidates with various levels of experience designing HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and/or Fire Protection systems on commercial and industrial projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 Typical projects include healthcare, mission critical, science / technology, educational, government / federal, retail / hospitality and commercial / mixed-use residential.
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Design mechanical systems including calculations of heating and cooling loads while adhering to the firm&rsquo;s QA/QC process
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and layout mechanical equipment such as pumps, chiller, fans and boilers
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop project specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend meetings with architects, owners and building managers to discuss future and or current projects
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Key skills and abilities needed for the positions are:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Skill in the use of AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, Trace and Bluebeam;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Education and experience requirements are:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering;
 </li>
 <li>
 EIT / PE license a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
