Position OverviewThe Freight Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in freight forwarding (Air, Sea &amp; Land). This role involves identifying potential clients, pitching services, preparing quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities for import/export freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land, and Customs Clearance).</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Identify and target new customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.</li><li>Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and service offerings.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company&rsquo;s growth.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and service agreements with customers.</li><li>Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.</li><li>Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.</li><li>Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international shipping (Air/Sea Freight, Land Transport, and Customs procedures).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.</li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li><li>Fluency in English (written &amp; spoken); additional languages are a plus.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Sales revenue achieved vs. target.</li><li>Number of new clients acquired.</li><li>Client retention rate.</li><li>Volume/TEUs/KGs secured.</li><li>Customer satisfaction and feedback.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + sales incentives/commission.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
