Customer Support AssistantFull-timeRole Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, assisting with shipping processes, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.Key Responsibilities:* Respond to and resolve customer queries (email, phone, WhatsApp)* Assist customers with DPD, UPS &amp; DPD EU shipping labels, helping them track their parcels* Create and manage customer login accounts* Maintain accurate records of customers, shipments, and interactions* Check and verify manifests &amp; Air Waybills (AWBs)* Ensure all shipment data is correct and compliant* Liaise with operations, warehouse &amp; customs teams to resolve issues* Support general admin tasks related to logistics and customer serviceRequirements:<ul><li>Previous customer service or logistics experience (preferred)</li><li>Strong c ommunication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office &amp; systems)</li><li>Experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance</li><li>Familiarity with AWBs and manifests</li><li>Knowledge of UK/EU logistics processes</li></ul>Apply on indeed ORemail: shahzaib.hassan@amanah.com.pkORwhatsApp: 0300-5006543Work Location: In person
