Meraqi is looking for a versatile individual to be a part of the Advisory &amp; Valuation team. The position primarily involves handling valuation and technical due diligence assignments.The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into Director &ndash; Advisory &amp; Valuation.THE RESPONSIBILITIES&bull;Valuation OR Consulting exposure&bull;Bangalore market knowledge&bull;Valuation &amp; Technical Due diligence with Bangalore Market exposure&bull;Performing valuation analysis and proficiency in Valuation approaches.&bull;Aware of existing Rules &amp; Regulation and any new developments in local market&bull;Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through direct client interaction and on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed.&bull;Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial properties/ assets etc.&bull;Analysis, reconciliation, and summarization of data&bull;Preparation of analysis in the Final Report&bull;Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner.&bull;Participate in special projects designated by your immediate supervisor.&bull;Additional Experience (optional) - Knowledge of other south markets like Hyderabad, Kerala, Chennai etc.&bull;Financial modelling skills&bull;Work closely with the other business/service linesTHE PERSON&bull;Experience: 0-4 yrs&bull;Qualification: M. Planning, Urban / Regional Planning, GDM, MBA or an equivalent degree (Preferably from NICMAR or RICS)/ B.E./ B.Tech- Civil + NICMAR (Real Estate OR Construction Management, Architect + NICMAR, Architect Planner.Sectors: Real Estate Consulting firms, Infrastructure Consulting Firms, Management Consulting Firms (with experience in real estate valuation), Corporate Real Estate teams in MNCs &amp; Banks&bull;Proficiency of Language: English (must be extremely proficient), Kannada (must be extremely proficient); and Tamil or Telugu (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - experience preferred .Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
