Position Summary:</b></p>

<div><p>The Operations Coordinator (Factory Production), reporting to the General Manager, India, is a key role responsible for coordinating with each of Mercana&rsquo;s manufacturing partners in India to ensure that the factories meet the production and shipment timelines required by Mercana. This role includes making regular direct contact with the factories and communicating any expected changes in production to Mercana stakeholders within the QC, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.</p>

<div><div><ul><li><p><b>Order Follow-up and Factory Coordination:</b></p>

</div></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Coordinate with factories to ensure that factories are on track to meet their production timelines for Mercana orders.</p>

</ul></div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Work closely with the General Manager to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.</p>

</ul></div></li></ul></div><div><div><ul><li><p><b>QC Scheduling:</b></p>
</li></ul>
</div></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Schedule quality control inspections in the Qarma application.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Ensure that inspection results and dates are updated accurately in the NAV</p>
</li>
</ul></div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the QC team to streamline the inspection process and maintain data integrity.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><ul><li><p><b>Other Projects:</b></p>
</li></ul>
</div></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Assist the General Manager in various projects as required.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><p>Take on additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of Mercana Furniture and Decor.</p>

<div><ul><li><p>Order Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Quality Control Coordination: Maintain accurate QC schedules and results in Qarma and NAV systems.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Container Efficiency: Optimize container planning to reduce shipping costs and maximize product delivery.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Project Success: Successfully complete projects as directed by the General Manager.</p></li></ul><br>

<p></p><div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination is a plus.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with factory personnel, QC teams, and the Supply Chain team in Canada.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy in various systems.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Flexibility and adaptability to take on diverse projects as required by the GM.</p></li></ul></div></div></div>
