 Leverage talent and rewards strategy expertise and thought leadership to deliver significant change for Mercer&rsquo;s clients, independently leading on a wide range of Talent &amp; Rewards Strategy projects and act as a work stream lead on the most programs.
 </li>

 Manage the project workflow to ensure that deliverables are met on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret data and other components to assess and determine the direction of a project, review project workflow and implications of scope with Project Managers and Project Sponsors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists and independently lead in writing and structuring client presentations/reports by using data such as averages, trends, and stochastic models to create summary exhibits in presentations and to draft initial observations/recommendations and conclusions for review by senior consultants or on the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and review client data including: tracking what has been received and what are outstanding, identifying issues or discrepancies with data, raising any issues independently with the client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret the data and determine &ldquo;the story&rdquo; outlined to the client &ndash; determine client implications as it relates to data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct general research using internet and internal databases to gather information on client or prospective client business information including acquisition history and business performance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What you need to have:

 Min 8 years of work experience within the C&amp;B/Talent Management/HR / Strategy Consulting / Employee Engagement company
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Good presentation and project management skills, plus strong business sense
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, fast, accurate, numerate, detail-minded and prepared to go extra mile for career development
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably advanced Excel application skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Be fluent in English

 Office Admin Manager
 
 , you will manage the integration of newly hired Office Admins into the workflow of the team. While overseeing services to ensure the efficient functioning of business support services and ensure compliance with established corporate standards.
 
 
 
 We will count on you to:

 Assume the role of Office Admin for the designated office

 Coordinate the training schedule of new team members and help to integrate new members into the team.

 Conduct mid- and year-end reviews for the assigned Office Admins in partnership with the Office Leader to facilitate staff development.

 The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,000 to $114,000.
 
 
 The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
