</li><li>Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word (proficiency in MS Access &amp; MS Project highly preferred).
</li><li>Pension-related Calculations experience required.
</li><li>Previous experience creating business processes for project implementation.
</li><li>Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM&ndash;5:00 PM CST.

</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,000 to $114,500.
</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Pension Administration - Senior Team Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Wise team at Mercer. This role will be based in Boston, or wherever a Mercer office is located in the U.S. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The team is comprised of operations, implementation and compliance personnel, where Mercer is the fully delegated fiduciary for clients&rsquo; corporate 401(k) plans. The team ranges in tenure on the team of 3-8 years and industry experience of 5-25 years. You will report to the Director of Operations &amp; Implementation and be responsible for day-to-day contact with clients in your select book of business.
We will count on you to:
<ul><li>Manage daily client inquires including ensuring payrolls are processed and funded timely
</li><li>Provide operational support and efficiencies to client implementations and client service as needed, including adhering to procedures
</li><li>Review opportunities to improve and make more efficient procedures as possible
</li><li>Research and resolve inquires and issues within the designated Mercer standards
</li><li>Assist clients reviewing communications and legal notices
</li><li>Work with the clients in the administration of the plans annual testing and reporting, including the form 5500
