 Participate in shaping and updating our culture and change management approaches, methodologies and tools within the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects that enhance employee experience, embed cultural transformation, and design engaging workplace environments aligned with client objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies that promote adoption, engagement, and sustainable organizational shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to designing corporate culture initiatives that align values, behaviors, and leadership practices to foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help create workplace environment designs that support collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity in physical and hybrid settings.

 <li>
 Provide analytical and research support to senior team members, translating organizational data into actionable insights.
 </li>

 Collaborate with project and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

 🎯 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in employee experience design, change management, culture design, or workplace environment design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on organizational transformation projects within the GCC region is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of change management frameworks and organizational culture principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential &mdash; effective communication within the regional context is key.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel and be on-site in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries as required.
