Merchology seeks a Receiving Associate for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Receiving Associate is a critical role that will work within a team to receive new product shipments for decoration for our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful Receiving Associate will:<ul><li>
Check in daily shipments of product and audit shipments to ensure purchase orders are properly filled</li><li>
Label and transport packages and inventory in predetermined warehouse locations</li><li>
Work with team members in a positive and collaborative environment</li><li>
Ensure that safety guidelines are followed</li><li>
Maintain an organized and clean work area</li></ul>
Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
0-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Positive and collaborative attitude</li><li>
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Ability to interpret work orders and shipping materials in English</li><li>
Spanish bilingual a plus</li></ul>

Merchology seeks an Order Picker for our Receiving team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Order Picker is a critical role that specializes in picking orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful Inventory Specialist will:<ul><li>
Put away inventory using Merchology&rsquo;s processes, inventory and ERP systems.</li><li>
Support cycle counts within ShipHawk.</li><li>
Follow establish processes to ensure synchronization of inventory and order flow through ERP and WMS systems</li><li>
Safely operate order picker equipment.</li><li>
Pick orders according to set priorities, working with Inventory Specialist and/or Production Supervisor to resolve any issues.</li><li>
Print orders to pick and pack using scanners.</li><li>
Ability to work independently at times throughout the day.</li><li>
Ability to follow directions to execute plan for the day.</li><li>
Support implement changes and suggest ideas to improve efficiency.</li><li>
Understanding of equipment and process order issues as they come up.</li><li>
Count and inspect all products related to the work order.</li><li>
Communicate with Production Supervisor or Inventory Specialist</li><li>
Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Competent computer skills, can work independently in Excel and all Microsoft programs</li><li>
Ability to stand for 5-8 hours per day</li><li>
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate</li><li>
Positive attitude and collaborative</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly</li><li>
Ability to respect and follow Merchology&rsquo;s core values while working toward company goals.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Working within an ERP or warehouse management system (NetSuite/ShipHawk)</li><li>
Experience managing and troubleshooting inventory processes.</li><li>
Experience working in a warehouse setting</li></ul>
