 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team in Hurghada, Egypt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management role
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design software
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and development
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training initiatives
 </li>
