Job Objective: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract target customers, and drive subscription growth and sales aligned with the startup&rsquo;s objectives.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans.</li><li>Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Create compelling marketing content (copy, images, videos); ability to produce content independently is highly preferred.</li><li>Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and grow audience reach.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and improve user experience.</li><li>Support public relations activities and email marketing initiatives.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2-year experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.</li><li>Practical knowledge of analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).</li><li>Strong content creation and persuasive copywriting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with proactive initiative.</li><li>Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable representing the company in meetings, events, and direct client communication?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing Campaigns Managing : 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Content Creation: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Graphic Design and Video Editing : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (native speaker) (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
