Job Description:* Provide first-level support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.* Collaborate with senior IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.* Perform routine system updates and patches.* Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.* Create user guides and manuals for common IT procedures.* Provide basic training to end-users on IT tools and applications.* Assist in conducting workshops or training sessions to enhance IT literacy within the organisation.* Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.* Unify, Mikrotik router configurationJob Specification:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.* Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software.* Candidate must have experience of 2 to 3 years.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.* Certifications (if any) in relevant IT areas would be a plusJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
