The Wellness Director &ndash; LPN/LVN or RN will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of personal care services to residents on a day-to-day basis following required regulatory requirements. The Wellness Director &ndash; LPN/LVN or RN ensures that our residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents&rsquo; healthcare needs change. The Wellness Director &ndash; LPN/LVN or RN also coordinates, trains, and supervises resident care staff in accordance with the residents&rsquo; needs, state regulations, and our company&rsquo;s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must be an LPN/LVN or RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
</li><li>Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Long-term care.
</li><li>Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
</li><li>Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
</li><li>Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public, exceptional organizational skills and ability to reprioritize daily tasks in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of the residents and the Community.
</li><li>Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
</li><li>Able to supervise department employees using independent judgment and discretion.
</li><li>Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks</li></ul>

As an LPN at our community, you will assist with the comprehensive delivery of personal care services to residents on a day-to-day basis following required regulatory requirements. You will also assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment, which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents.
Looking for every other weekend 3-11pm
Requirements:
<ul><li>Licensed LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority
</li><li>Previous LPN experience in Assisted Living preferred
</li><li>Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
</li><li>Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting
</li><li>Able to supervise department employees using independent judgment and discretion
</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public
</li><li>Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
</li><li>Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and Community
</li><li>Must have strong documentation skills
</li><li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license
</li><li>Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

As a Med Tech, the primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents following company regulatory guidelines. Other tasks include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in resident&rsquo;s conditions, and interacting with internal and external customers in a professional manner while ensuring resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.
Requirements:
