<div>Position Summary:

The Systems Analyst acts as the foundation for Meriplex&rsquo;s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and reports to a TAC Manager. This role works within the TAC&rsquo;s ticketing system to resolve Level 1 end user issues. The Systems Analyst must deliver exemplary customer service while following all SOPs to complete customer requests. The person in this position is responsible for an array of end-user issues ranging from general desktop diagnostics to customer specific application support. This role will be responsible for providing on-site support to a Meriplex client located in Reading, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver general workstation support.</li>
<li>Provide customer specific application support.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and devices/user connectivity.</li>
<li>Administer incident response system reboots.</li>
<li>Perform basic OS support.</li>
<li>Utilize basic Azure support skills.</li>
<li>Provide first level triage virtual server support to reestablish functionality.</li>
<li>Driven to follow all SOP to resolve all technical issues.</li>
<li>Navigate Active Directory to enact distribution groups and create, change, and disable users.</li>
<li>Perform basic ITIL security to provide basic printing and connectivity support.</li>
<li>Deliver scripted application support.</li>
<li>TCP/IP troubleshooting abilities.</li>
<li>Able to perform basic VPN connectivity issues and password resets.</li>
<li>Basic end-user email support.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of command line.</li>
<li>Understanding of basic technical triage methodologies.</li>
<li>Basic TCP/IP understanding.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate both verbal and written technical information to a wide range of end-users.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively set expectations regarding delivery of service.</li>
<li>Strengthen customer relationships by providing exemplary customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment; contribute as a team member and treat co-workers, subordinates, and customers with respect.</li>
<li>Adherence to ticketing methodologies regarding documentation, process, and workflow.</li>
<li>Support, manage, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests with the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism.</li>
<li>Properly manage workflow using research, documentation, RMM tools, ticket system, and communication.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior MSP support desk experience, highly encouraged.</li>
<li>A+ certification.</li>
<li>Network+ certification.</li>
<li>Server+ certification.</li>
<li>Azure support.</li>
<li>Superior reading, writing, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of network concepts, devices, and best practices.</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft 365 certification.</li>
</ul>
Work Schedule/Travel:
<ul>
<li>Meriplex&rsquo;s TAC operates 24/7 - both workday and after hours shifts available, Monday &ndash; Sunday.</li>
<li>Estimated 0% travel required.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:

Systems Analyst

<div>Position Summary:

The Network Engineer reports to the Director, Managed Services and supports UCaaS/VoIP, Velocloud SD-WAN, Firewall, Switch, Route, Wireless, Microsoft Servers, and VMware environments by applying in-depth level of networking skills to solve common and complex technical issues. By using detailed analysis, gathering business requirements, making recommendations, and by participating in the design and implementation of network and VoIP solutions, this role supports customers&rsquo; technical needs while delivering exemplary customer service. Importantly, the Network Engineer leads projects and is capable of resource and work scheduling of individual projects.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide professional IT support to customers with a focus on customer service aimed at high renewal rates.</li>
<li>Manage internal and external client expectations.</li>
<li>Perform customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.</li>
<li>Ensure teams meet expectations of customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of all outstanding customer pre- and post-delivery issues and provide status to clients as necessary.</li>
<li>Drive problem investigations and resolution as required.</li>
<li>Function as frontline technical resource for &ldquo;best practice&rdquo; solutions and update stakeholders on service operations.</li>
<li>Provide guidance &amp; leadership to junior Network Analysts, Network Professionals and Systems Administrators.</li>
<li>Assist with Managed Services Operations Center requests and trouble tickets on an as needed basis or on a scheduled rotation basis</li>
<li>Provide support for customer networks across multiple technologies and vendors including Velocloud SD-WAN, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, and more.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
<ul>
<li>Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to work within a customer oriented, positive team environment.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills for communications to technical and non-technical staff.</li>
</ul>
Education/ Experience:
<ul>
<li>7+ years of professional IT experience</li>
<li>Hands on experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining UCaaS/VoIP products</li>
<li>Hands on experience with Routers, Switches, Wireless and Firewall technologies.</li>
<li>Advanced Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows Server, Windows 10, VMware, Exchange Server, Data Backup technologies, SAN technologies, Advanced network troubleshooting.</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Networking, Microsoft, and VMWare certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
