 Position Overview
 
 
 As a Picker/Packer, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting and packing merchandise to fulfill customer orders. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll ensure that products are handled with care and prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to meeting daily productivity goals. You'll receive training to operate warehouse equipment and follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Pick items from inventory based on order specifications

 Pack products securely and label shipments accurately
 </li>

 Operate manual or powered equipment (training provided)
 </li>

 Lift and move items weighing 50-75 pounds throughout your shift

 Maintain a clean and organized work area

 Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment targets
