<div>Meriwether Godsey is looking for an Account Manager responsible for overseeing the retail and catering operations at a coeducational, college-preparatory school located in Gill, MA.<ul><li>
Full-Time Position</li><li>
Rate of Pay DOE</li><li>
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday with special events and caterings requiring flexibility</li></ul> 
What the Account Manager will do:<ul><li>
Supervise retail operations to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are met</li><li>
Monitor and supervise the setup and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standards</li><li>
Assist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs, supporting purchasing and inventory activities</li><li>
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees</li><li>
Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationships</li><li>
Ability to own a catering event and handle all aspects in a highly professional and organized manner with quality results for the client</li></ul> 
What the Account Manager will need:<ul><li>
5 years of food service or retail-related food service</li><li>
Management and leadership experience required</li><li>
FBI background check required</li><li>
ServSafe&reg; Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment</li><li>
Food Prep experience</li><li>
Ability to lift and push 50 pounds or more of inventory items</li><li>
Experience using online Food Management Systems/Point of Sale Systems preferred</li><li>
Growing knowledge of sustainable practices</li><li>
High levels of professionalism and strong leadership skills</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Emerging leadership skills and strong customer service orientation</li><li>
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationships</li><li>
Experience in all areas of: Management, Catering, and Payroll</li></ul>
