We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations and ensure seamless transaction processing and reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operational activities including trade settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.</li><li>Verify and validate trade data from trading desks and ensure accuracy before settlement.</li><li>Coordinate with counterparties.</li><li>Assist in trade confirmations, margin calculations, and position monitoring.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trades, positions, and cash flows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.</li><li>Support risk management teams by providing accurate data and reports.</li><li>Automate routine processes wherever possible and collaborate with technology teams to streamline workflows.</li><li>Handle queries from traders, compliance teams, and auditors in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Assist in data entry, archival, and document management in compliance with data security standards.</li><li>Provide administrative support and improve process documentation.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in algorithmic or high-frequency trading environments.</li><li>Exposure to risk management, P&amp;L reporting, or regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FINRA, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
