Currently, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Professionals to join our team at our India office. If you have a passion for marketing and sales, are proficient in email marketing, LinkedIn strategies, and lead generation, and are eager to contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.</li><li>Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.</li><li>Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.</li><li>Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and test plans.</li><li>Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.</li><li>Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment phases.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem and share knowledge with the team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO300.000 - RO900.000 per month
