Qualifications</b></h2>

Bachelor's degree in human resources of 5 years of human resources work experience exceeding 1,000 employees. Experience in direct recruitment preferred.</p></div></div><p></p><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Primary Duties/Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with management to assess hiring needs and develop strategic plans to attract, hire, and retain talent.</li><li>
Create and publish employment opportunities, interview candidates, and seek out new community hiring relationships.</li><li>
Assist the VP of Recruiting and Compliance and Recruiting Supervisor in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-hire and fulfillment rates.</li><li>
Monitor recruitment metrics and progress toward hiring goals to ensure timely and effective staffing.</li><li>
Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.</li><li>
Support employer branding and maintain a positive online presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.</li><li>
Organize and participate in hiring events and job fairs as needed.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>
