Qualifications</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-years' experience with technology support is required.</li><li>
Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Primary Duties/Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Support agency technology needs, all divisions, maintain a high-level professionalism with staff clients and external contacts.</li><li>
Ability to trouble shoot hardware and software issues, along with computer installation and repair.</li><li>
Loading and unloading of computers and other equipment for installation, removal, or exchange.</li><li>
Email account creation for new staff.</li><li>
Register Installation and Point-of-sale hardware configuration.</li><li>
Inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of technical support.</li><li>
Analyze service log files to identify problem areas.</li><li>
Effectively participate in on-call rotation.</li><li>
