 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and report on domestic and international legal disputes involving the holding&rsquo;s subsidiary companies across all corporate legal fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, protocols, notices, and other legal documents while ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and counterparties,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and track legal and official correspondence efficiently,
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory changes, and provide reports accordingly,
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver solution-oriented legal opinions, prepare briefing notes, and offer legal support to relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure internal company processes comply with applicable laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments for cases and contracts, and implement preventive legal measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organized and accessible legal archive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide consolidated legal reports to management as required.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree from a recognized university.
 </li>
 <li>
 Up to 5 years of experience as a legal counsel, with expertise in Intellectual Property Law (FSEK), Law of Obligations, Enforcement Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of Legal English, including written communication, negotiation, and contract analysis skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions.
 </li>
 <li>
 For male candidates: Military service must be completed.
 </li>
