 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop creative product placement and brand integration scenarios to increase brand collaborations across the company&rsquo;s digital assets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Create content integration and product placement ideas aligned with various digital content formats and distribution channels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Present developed concepts and projects to brands and agencies, and manage communication and proposal processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Revise and improve scenarios based on received feedback,
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on project performance, sales outcomes, and partnership effectiveness to management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold regular meetings with brands to identify collaboration opportunities and new business prospects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead projects as a project owner throughout all stages, from initial contact to publication, for sold projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure projects are published on time, fully and in line with defined objectives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on target industries and brands to develop strategic recommendations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide post-project feedback to brands and contribute to the creation of new business opportunities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare creative briefs when necessary and manage projects end-to-end.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher (preferably in Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Radio, Cinema and Television, or related fields),
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in digital projects, content, or media-related roles,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English proficiency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly competent in time and priority management, with strong attention to detail,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced problem-solving and crisis management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 High persuasion skills with a results-driven and sales-oriented mindset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, teamwork, and coordination abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, eager to learn, and open to continuous self-development.
 </li>
