We are a marine services company looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with strong expertise in cost analysis, profitability, and business decision support.This is not a traditional accounting role &mdash; we are looking for someone who can turn data into strategic insights.1- Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze profitability per operation / project / vessel</li><li>Prepare weekly reports including:</li><li>Profitability analysis</li><li>Customer analysis</li><li>Cost analysis</li><li>Cash flow &amp; receivables</li><li>Monitor payments and perform cost allocation</li><li>Analyze cost variances (Actual vs Expected)</li><li>Identify loss-making operations and non-profitable clients</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to management</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI</li></ul>2- Requirements<ul><li>Strong financial analysis and business understanding</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Strong data analysis &amp; insights capability</li><li>Experience in Costing &amp; Project Analysis</li><li>Experience with ERP systems</li></ul>3- Systems (Required)<ul><li>Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Tally or PACT)</li><li>Strong experience in extracting and analyzing data from ERP systems</li></ul>4- Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce or equivalent</li><li>CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)</li><li>CMA (Certified Management Accountant)</li></ul>5- Additional Certifications<ul><li>Data Analysis Certification</li></ul>6- Preferred<ul><li>Strong Power BI experience</li><li>Minimum 10 years experience in financial analysis</li><li>Background in marine services / logistics / project-based companies</li></ul>7- ImportantWe are looking for a business-focused financial analyst, not a traditional accountant.You must be able to:<ul><li>Deeply understand numbers</li><li>Identify problems before they happen</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations</li></ul>8- Work Environment<ul><li>Full Remote</li><li>Direct reporting to management</li><li>Strategic role with decision-making impact</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;80,000.00 - E&pound;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
