Our tours are social, creative, and designed to make people feel like they&rsquo;ve stepped inside the city rather than just walked through it.We&rsquo;re building something new at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and technology, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can capture that energy and turn it into content that drives real attention.The RoleAs Content &amp; Creative Lead, you will own how GLO shows up in the world.You are responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and bookings. This is a lead role where you&rsquo;ll define creative direction, set the content roadmap, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across channels, with hands-on involvement as needed to support execution and scale.You will tell the story of the GLO experience - you&rsquo;ll decide what to make, why it matters, and how it performs.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy &amp; Ownership<ul><li>Define and lead GLO&rsquo;s content strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube</li><li>Establish content pillars, creative direction, and brand voice</li><li>Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals (bookings, launches, activations)</li><li>Identify opportunities to translate real-world experiences into compelling digital content</li></ul>Creative Direction &amp; Execution<ul><li>Concept and direct original content that captures the energy of GLO experiences</li><li>Lead and direct content production, including shoots, on-the-ground capture during tours, activations, and pop-ups</li><li>Oversee editing and final output to ensure quality and consistency</li><li>Personally contribute to content creation as needed to support execution, training and scalability</li><li>Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, optimize performance, and drive engagement and bookings</li></ul>Growth &amp; Performance<ul><li>Own performance metrics: engagement, reach, conversion to bookings</li><li>Analyze content performance and iterate strategy based on insights</li><li>Test and scale content formats, hooks, and distribution tactics</li><li>Partner with leadership on campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives</li></ul>Team &amp; External Collaboration<ul><li>Manage and direct freelance creators, editors, or collaborators</li><li>Source and coordinate influencers or content partners</li><li>Build lightweight systems to scale content production efficiently</li></ul>Cross-Functional Support<ul><li>Collaborate with operations and experience teams to capture key moments</li><li>Support live activations and ensure content opportunities are maximized</li><li>Contribute to overall brand and marketing strategy</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven track record of creating and scaling high-performing content (portfolio required)</li><li>Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking and ownership mindset</li><li>Experience developing content strategies&mdash;not just executing posts</li><li>Deep understanding of short-form video and platform dynamics</li><li>Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable decisions</li><li>Comfortable leading projects and making independent decisions</li><li>Based in NYC and able to work on-site regularly</li><li>Availability for occasional evenings and weekends (events, activations)</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in experiential marketing, events, or entertainment</li><li>Familiarity with AR/VR or emerging technology</li><li>Experience managing freelancers or small creative teams</li><li>Background in startups or early-stage companies</li><li>Comfort being on camera when needed</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Clear, consistent content strategy that drives measurable growth</li><li>Strong, recognizable visual identity and brand voice</li><li>Content that translates real-world experiences into high-performing digital moments</li><li>Increased bookings driven by organic and social channels</li><li>Scalable content systems that grow with the company</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Annual base salary range: $100,0000 &ndash; $135,000, depending on experience</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Why This Role MattersContent is the front door to GLO.
