Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Manage cost control, inventory accounting, and COGS analysis for food and beverage operations.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Assist in financial audits and internal control implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with management, suppliers, and external auditors regarding financial matters.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.</li><li>Support the payroll process and ensure accurate employee compensation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&amp;B or hospitality industry.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and cost control.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD550.000 - KD650.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>
