This role combines accounting responsibilities with inventory and warehouse management operations.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems, inventory control, and UAE business operations, especially using Zoho Books and ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing</li><li>Prepare financial reports and statements</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations</li><li>Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense tracking</li><li>Handle petty cash and daily accounting transactions</li><li>Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books / ERP systems</li><li>Support budgeting and financial reporting processes</li></ul>Storekeeping &amp; Inventory Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries</li><li>Maintain accurate stock and inventory records</li><li>Organize warehouse materials with proper labeling and categorization</li><li>Monitor inventory movement and stock levels</li><li>Prepare delivery notes, goods dispatch, and stock transfer documentation</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits</li><li>Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed</li><li>Update inventory transactions in ERP/accounting systems</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in accounting and inventory/store management</li><li>Experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting systems is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Professional and responsible attitude</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing or lighting industry</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics</li><li>Experience with stock audits and inventory systems</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Dubai</li><li>Industry: Manufacturing / LED Lighting / Electrical Products</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
