Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:&middot; Create high-quality video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories)&middot; Plan and execute weekly &amp; monthly content calendars&middot; Capture in-store content (food, ambience, behind-the-scenes)&middot; Edit short-form videos and visuals for social platforms&middot; Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practicesSocial Media Management:&middot; Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms&middot; Write engaging captions in English &amp; Arabic&middot; Handle comments, DMs, and online community engagement&middot; Coordinate content around launches, campaigns, and promotions&middot; Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and posting standardsStaff Training (Soft Skills):&middot; Conduct regular staff training sessions focusing on:&middot; Customer service &amp; hospitality etiquette&middot; Communication skills &amp; body language&middot; Handling customer complaints professionally&middot; Upselling &amp; suggestive selling techniques&middot; Teamwork and workplace professionalism&middot; Support onboarding training for new staff&middot; Develop simple training materials, checklists, and SOPs&middot; Observe staff performance and recommend improvements&middot; Work closely with operations and management teamsQualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a similar role</li><li>Basic knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and promotional activities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>&middot; Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks&middot; Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics&middot; Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines&middot; Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under deadlinesJob Type: Full-time
