Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Customer Service:&middot; Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.&middot; Ensure to obtain customer information (name, contact information, delivery address, birthdate etc.)&middot; Provide menu and product lists, product information accurately.&middot; Offer recommendation and answer questions about the product.&middot; Inform customers about specials, promotions, new menu items and any upcoming events.&middot; Upsell additional items to increase sales.&middot; Assist customers with placing orders through various channels, including phone, app, or website.&middot; Confirm reservation/order details, including time, date, and party size.&middot; Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are delivered to the back of the house accurately.&middot; Coordinate with the back of the house to ensure timely and accurate production.&middot; Monitor the progress of the orders and ensure that the quality and presentation meet company standards.&middot; Check in with customers to ensure that satisfaction with the food and service are met.&middot; Address any complaints or issues promptly and politely by communicating feedback to the manager for support.&middot; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.&middot; Update customer profiles and preferences in the database.&middot; Build and maintain positive relationships with loyal customers.&middot; Follow up with customers&rsquo; post-order to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.&middot; Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.&middot; Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.Job Type: Full-time
