On-site | Full-time | Goregaon East, Mumbai SuburbanAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a Supply Chain Executive who can keep things moving smoothly across both brands, Capes India and Mesmerize India. The role needs someone sharp, organised, and comfortable handling multiple moving parts , stocks, vendors, timelines, imports, and internal coordination.You&rsquo;ll ensure products never go out of stock, reorders happen on time, vendors stay aligned, and the supply chain runs without bottlenecks. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and speed matter every day.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee supply chain coordination for both Capes India and Mesmerize India, ensuring all flows are smooth from procurement to dispatch.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor fast-moving SKUs, and raise timely alerts.</li><li>Manage reordering cycles, prepare purchase plans, and follow up until material reaches the warehouse.</li><li>Coordinate with domestic vendors for production, packaging, and procurement.</li><li>Coordinate with Chinese vendors for sourcing, sampling, pricing, timelines, and shipment follow-ups.</li><li>Work with freight forwarders, check shipment status, and ensure timely customs clearance.</li><li>Track inventory movements daily and keep systems updated.</li><li>Assist with sourcing new materials, new product components, and better vendor options when required.</li><li>Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure accurate inwarding and stock availability.</li><li>Maintain clean documentation: POs, GRNs, quality check logs, and vendor communication.</li><li>Help streamline supply chain workflows and reduce delays or stock-outs.</li></ul>Teams You Will Work With<ul><li>Operations Head</li><li>Marketplace Executive</li><li>Co-founder</li><li>Dispatch Team</li><li>Inventory Control Executive</li></ul>Reporting to: Co-founder and Operations HeadWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong coordination and follow-up skills</li><li>Previous Experience in Product Sourcing and Vendor Co-ordination from China</li><li>Ability to handle multiple vendors and fast-paced communication</li><li>Good understanding of stock management and procurement cycles</li><li>Experience with import coordination is a strong advantage</li><li>Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/Inventory systems</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined with timelines</li><li>Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations is preferred</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>On-site (Goregaon East, Mumbai Suburban)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold previous experience in sourcing products and vendor co-ordination in China?</li></ul><ul><li>How many years of experience do you hold in supply chain management?</li></ul><ul><li>We are currently offering anywhere between 20,000 to 35,000 per month, for the role, are you comfortable with the pay scale mentioned?</li></ul><ul><li>This is a full time in office role at Goregaon East, Mumbai, are you comfortable travelling to the location for the role?</li></ul><ul><li>Do you hold previous experience in vendor co-ordination and merchandising?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
