Responsibilities:

Own the schedule</b> &ndash; manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians</div></li><li><div><b>
Support the field</b> &ndash; process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right</div></li><li><div><b>
Keep customers informed</b> &ndash; provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations</div></li><li><div><b>
Maintain accuracy</b> &ndash; update customer databases with current information and service details</div></li><li><div><b>
Bridge communication</b> &ndash; serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers</div></li><li><div><b>
Support accounting</b> &ndash; provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills &mdash; clear, professional, and customer-focused</div></li><li><div>
Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)</div></li><li><div>

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation</div></li></ul>
