 The Role
 
 
 
 This is a
 
 high-volume, inbound quoting and sales role
 
 . You&rsquo;ll respond to inbound requests, design transportation plans, and convert quotes into booked business. No cold calling&mdash;
 
 100% inbound leads. Think of it as part logistics consultant
 
 (solving transportation puzzles), part
 
 sales closer
 
 (earning client trust and securing bookings)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to 10&ndash;30 inbound quote requests daily (corporate RFPs, weddings, conventions, private aviation
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct intake calls to uncover client details and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design accurate, professional transportation plans (vehicles, loops, timing, staging)
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up consistently until bookings are confirmed
 </li>
 <li>
 Build manifests in Google Sheets, set up Slack/WhatsApp groups, and brief chauffeurs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with venues and hotels to secure staging approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a clean handoff to dispatch so trips run smoothly
 </li>

 Strong logistics/problem-solving skills
 </li>

 Sales instinct with the ability to build trust and close business
 </li>
 <li>
 Hospitality mindset: polished, professional communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Boston traffic, airports, FBOs, hotels, and venues (or ability to learn quickly)
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, CRM systems (Monday.com or Salesforce)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent/native English required
 </li>
