About the Role</h3>
As a Structural Steel Estimator, you will:<ul><li>
Analyze project requirements and specifications</li><li>
Perform material take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors</li><li>
Ensure timely, cost-effective, and precise project delivery</li></ul>
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will shine.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 
Location: Onsite preferred; remote considered for the right candidate<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents</li><li>
Perform detailed material take-offs for structural steel components</li><li>
Obtain and verify vendor and supplier pricing</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive estimates for various project sizes</li><li>
Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks</li><li>
Conduct occasional site visits to evaluate project scope</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Experience using Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or Tekla PowerFab</li><li>
Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry standards</li><li>
Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent typing skills</li><li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
