 MetLife is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
 
 Business Analyst
 
 to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial acumen who excel at transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and review monthly profit &amp; loss (P&amp;L) valuation reports, including management commentary for senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop portfolio analysis, profit share, and loss ratio reports for regional and head office stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and data validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Report monthly performance metrics for Employee Benefits Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis (FRA) reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculate Group and Credit Life production and profit share reserves
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze benefit ratios by reviewing P&amp;L statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Report Egypt&rsquo;s Group and Credit Life Annualized New Premiums (ANP) to the regional team
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile accounting and operations reports to ensure data integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver ad-hoc reports and insights upon request
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports and data in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (written and spoken).
